About Dr. Holly H. Hall
Dr. Hall is a doctorate graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. She studied Organizational Leadership and her research focused on Servant-Leadership. She attended the prestigious Pacific Institute®, globally known for creating high-performance mindsets for individuals, teams and organizations. She is passionate about Leadership Excellence.
Dr. Hall is a Registered Nurse with over twenty-five years in the healthcare system, with extensive experience in nursing administration and management. She has researched and implemented numerous innovative and high technical infusion therapies. Dr. Hall received a grant from Sigma Theta Tau International, the second largest nursing organization in the world, to conduct research on developing and designing an instrument that measures servant-leadership behaviors in nurses.
Dr. Hall was co-founder of Unlimited Health Concepts, Inc. and the Buckeye Chapter Intravenous Nurses Association, 501(c)3 organizations. She has served on a number of professional and community organizations including the board of the Ohio Council for Home and Hospice Care, and multiple terms as chair of it's Political Action Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee, and the Young Men Christian Association of Greater Dayton (YMCA) .
Dr. Hall has been recognized for various clinical, managerial and business awards for her exemplary leadership, She participated on the International Leadership Association's Affinity Group (ILA) Women and Leadership Colloquium, "Advancing Theories of Women and Leadership". Her related research interests focus on servant-leadership, instrument development and psychological empowerment.

Dr. Hall, servant-leader and independent researcher, has extensive experience in instrument development.
